The Online Marketing Manager holds a key position within the company and is responsible for increasing traffic to Saltside’s platforms, using different online marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced person with strong leadership skills, who wants to grow and develop within the company. You will be the company’s expert on how online advertising is done with highest ROI. The role is based in Dubai with the rest of the marketing team, but involves frequent travel to Pakistan.
Core responsibilities
- Generate traffic though different online marketing channels (i.e SEM, SEO, email-marketing and Affiliate networks).
- Find and negotiate new traffic sources, i.e. new affiliates, new traffic partnerships, new techniques
- Ensure that our online ads are adapted to the local audience and that it maintains a high quality.
- Develop and execute quarterly and monthly online advertising plans to generate traffic on budget.
- Manage the online marketing agency that handles your Facebook and Adwords campaigns to generate high traffic with a low CPA.
- Work with the product team and the Marketing Managers on specific traffic, localisation and email marketing projects.
Work experience
- 3-6 years of online marketing experience.
- Extensive PPC, SEO, SEM, affiliate and email-marketing experience, you should have been working in big accounts in terms of spend.
- Experience in leading high-budget marketing campaigns.
- Proven capability of undertaking complex project planning and management.
