1.0. JOB SUMMARY: The following provides a detailed description for the position of Marketing Coordinator. Actual duties performed may vary slightly.
2.0. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS: In direct contact with Marketing Manager to achieve the targets.
3.0. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 Identify and follow up sales to the new markets.
3.2 To search the potential B2B partners and fix meetings with HOD.
3.3 Establish and build relationships with potential key accounts.
3.4 Update central database and follow up once in a month positively.
3.5 Participation in company’s trade shows.
3.6 To update the HOD on reliable marketing message.
3.7 Get the Update with media trends and about the competitors.
3.8 To maintain the company web presence
3.9 The company’s policies and based on that make a solid brand strategy
3.10 Make reports and market and present strategies to diverse audiences
3.11 Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them.
3.12 Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
3.13 Review the activities of public relations staff.
3.14 Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts.
3.15 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
3.16 Confer with labor relations managers to develop internal communications that keep employees informed of company activities.
3.17 Direct activities of external agencies, establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
3.18 Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs, working with public relations executives.
3.19 Respond to requests for information about employers' activities or status. Facilitate consumer relations, or the relationship between parts of the company such as the managers and employees, or different branch offices.
3.20 Maintain company archives.
3.21 Manage in-house communication courses.
3.22 Observe and report on social, economic and political trends that might affect employer
