Main Responsibilities :

• The main responsibility of the communication director is the Operator Brand Equity and Visibility.
• He will be accountable for all brand building activities, messages to consumers, look and feel, how to reach our market segments, what to tell, where to reach our customers.
• PR and CSR where we will have to be closer to the society and contribute to their needs and wants.
• Media related activities, relationship with media partners.
• Sub-brand animations and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage the communication teams to be able to achieve the planned targets
• Improve the Operator Brand in the market and continue the evolution of the market share gain according to Budget.
• Measure: Awareness and impact of marketing communications ( research)
• Media reach implementation and quick adaptation if needed.
• Maximize market reach by building the right communication medium, press radio Outdoor and TV, digital allowing flexibly and reduced time to market.
• Improve media planning and monitoring to ensure best use of budget.
• Put in place the yearly plan for Events and Sponsorships and manage its budget.
• Manage media mix efficiently to get the best exposure for the company brand and messages, and priorities investment according to business objectives.
• Strongly manage the relation with the communication agency to maximize the outcome and effective time to market.
• Manage the market segments launched from communication perspective.
• Handle the creative, design and production of promotional material, merchandising and printing BTL.
• Corporate communication.
